In collaboration with Deidre Lampley of Southern Modern Studio, little bird creative studio created the initial schematic design for this little modern cabin in the woods of Nashville, Tennessee. Deidre now lives in the home with her husband and her three german shepherds.

Light + open
One of the main design principles in the little modern cabin was openness. Celebrating the seasonal changes of the Tennessee landscape, each window became a frame for a temporal depiction of the forest beyond. The interior maintained a light, monochrome palette allowing the exterior to be the main feature.
