Suggested marketing strategy
Two key aspects of marketing are desire and trust. One must first create a desire in their audience to wear the clothes being shown in the images. Additionally, since you offer customization, there is an element of trust in knowing that they will feel safe and cared for during that process. There is also an element of rarity to your pieces that can be utilized within the marketing campaigns to raise the sense of urgency within your audience.

Step one: Analysis — Assess current analytics, reach, audience, and conversions. (1-2 hours)
For this step, I will need access to the Google Analytics of your website, your social media insights or temporary access to them, and analytics from your email campaigns.
Step Two: Goal Development/Refinement — 1-hour meeting to discuss analytics + develop smart goals for the campaign.
Once I assess the current engagement strategy and audience response, we can look into places you can invest time and energy to meet your particular goals. For instance, if you are looking to engage new sectors (men, nonbinary, age range, size range) we can discuss potential partnerships that can build brand trust within those sectors.
After this meeting, I will write this up and develop a suggested marketing campaign with more precise actions and deliverables.
Step Three: Content Creation — Depending on the complexity of the graphic creation or video editing, this is the most variable piece. Typically for a graphic, it takes 1-2 hours per piece, and a video 2-3 depending on length. You have a lot of content that we can repackage as well.
Based on the goals we develop together, we can then discuss what content you have, how we might be able to repurpose it, and what new content needs to be created.
Step Four: Content Sharing + Engagement — Once the content is created and approved, we can begin to figure out the times for posting based on your audience’s engagement time.
For this step, we would need to work together to decide who is posting and when. There are automation tools that we can employ to allow us more freedom once the content is created. For social media, it is often important to ensure people are engaged if they comment, like, etc. If someone likes the content outside of your current audience, we could engage them by going to their profile and liking or following them, especially if they have posts showcasing new fashions they are wearing.
Step Five: Post-Mortem — Once the campaign has ended, we can assess its effectiveness and make notes of the areas for growth.
Back to the analytics, here we would focus on change and engagement. Since the goal is to increase followers, we could set a goal of 100 new followers for the campaign and then assess whether we met that goal. This will help for future engagements as well. The more we analyze, the more we get to know your audience.
Package A — The “sit back and relaX”
For this package, we will meet three times and then you can just sit back and relax and let me take the reigns. This allows you to focus on other types of business development and you can leave the social media and email newsletter to me.

Package B — Content focused
For this package, it would require a bit more hands-on engagement by you. If you wanted to pull all the analytics yourself and post all of the content yourself, I could focus on creating the content for you. This would be a more budget-friendly option but would require you to use your time to support the campaign.

Potential Campaigns:
A.Oei, Your Way — In the DC Fashion space right now, there are so many unique people with varied body types. To combine the goal of increasing followers by engaging a new market as well as building awareness about your bespoke offerings, this campaign combines the two. We would need to showcase your clothes on different body types and show how you can customize it to the particular person. We could also focus on how to style your pieces with other clothing styles to expand people’s perception of their potential.
Stay Cool, Travel Chic — For this campaign, we could focus on the #summertravel boom and showcase those gorgeous arm-baring pieces that allow us to keep cool while looking gorgeous. We could focus on getting people to share images of them in your pieces while they travel and have them tag you. We could feature them and you could talk more about the materials you use and how they are sustainable and great for adaptable weather conditions. If there are pieces that don’t wrinkle or pack in specific ways, there can be videos on that.
