Cultivate&Co. is a distinguished boutique design/build team known for crafting move-in ready homes across Tennessee. With a passionate focus on design and craftsmanship, they turn dreams into reality. Their skilled designers and builders work in perfect harmony, curating thoughtfully designed spaces that cater to their client's desires and lifestyles. Phase one

est: 3-4 weeks

To prepare Cultivate&Co. for the hard launch in September, the goal is to focus on building out the basics for this first month and then continuing to build out the brand assets over the course of the next few months.

In this first phase, we discussed the following items:

  • Light Market Analysis

  • Logo

  • Logotype

  • Color Palette

  • Website Landing Page

  • Yard Sign

Total Cost: $4500

Fly Fee (25% to get started): $1,125

Payments: $3,375 broken down however you’d like. The full amount will be required to release the full set of deliverables.

P1 Process

  1. Contract draft + signed + fly fee is paid

  2. Initial Meeting — Little Bird to present 3 base brand identities (logo, logotype, colors, mood board)

  3. Cultivate&Co to review and give feedback

  4. Little Bird to redesign and develop 1 of the 3 designs + re-presents the design solution

  5. C&Co to share any final edits

  6. Little Bird to create assets + add to Google Drive

 
 

Phase two

est 6-9 weeks

Once you have updated images of the projects, we can continue to build out your website. This will take your brand to the next level and allow you to market more effectively. In this phase, we can also start to build out your social media on Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest.

  • Targeted Ads / Marketing Consulting (2-3 hours/ad)
